ÇORLU CCI IS RECRUITING A PROJECT MANAGER WITHIN THE SCOPE OF BLACK SEA BASIN - DIALOGUE PROJECT

About The Project

BSB01104 – DIALOGUE project aims to increase innovation capacity in Turkiye, Bulgaria and Romania by enhancing cooperation between various actors such as public institutions, academia, civil society and business support organizations. The project focuses on building institutional capacity, promoting cross-sectoral dialogue and creating a platform for sustainable, transnational cooperation. Through activities such as needs assessments, policy recommendations and training events, the project will bring together institutions to strengthen regional innovation ecosystems, improve governance and promote cross-border cooperation.

Position Details

Duration: 15 months (indicative starting 15 August 2025)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage DIALOGUE project in line with project requirements, timelines, and objectives.
• Monitor and control the project’s work plan and ensure the project implemented properly.
• Act as intermediary for all communications between partners and managing authority.
• Support the preparation of deliverables and reports.
• Implement quality procedures for the project.
• Ensure compliance with EU funding rules and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, financial records, and deliverables.
• Facilitate communication between project partners, members, and stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and information exchange.
• Organize and participate in project meetings (physical and virtual) and events.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project consortium and MA/JTS.
• Contribute to project dissemination activities, such as presentations, and communication materials.
• Draft policy statements and positions according to the project’s objectives and results.

Qualifications and Experience

• For male candidates, not to have any ongoing obligation related to military service.
• Even if the time periods in Article 53 of the Turkish Penal Code have passed, the person must not have been convicted of an intentional crime with a prison sentence of five years or more, or of crimes such as those against state security, the constitutional order, national defense, state secrets, or crimes like embezzlement, bribery, theft, fraud, forgery, abuse of trust, fraudulent bankruptcy, bid rigging, laundering criminal assets, smuggling, tax evasion, or unlawful gain.
• "Not to be deprived of public rights; not to have any physical or mental illness or disability that may prevent the continuous performance of their duties; not to be engaged in any activity that would qualify them as a merchant or tradesperson; and not to be under legal disability.
• Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years’ of professional experience
• Experience in developing training and capacity-building programs, including organizing events.
• Excellent written and spoken English (at least 90 points on the YÖKDİL or YDS exams or an equivalent score on a TOEFL, IELTS or PTE exams within the last two years).
• Excellent IT skills (including MS Office, Teams, Zoom, Miro, social media & CRM platforms).
• Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills: able to work with large, geographically and culturally diverse, teams and deliver results.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder tasks and timelines,

• Experience working with non-profit organizations

Step 3: Review and Shortlisting

Once your application is submitted, it will be reviewed by the recruitment committee at Çorlu CCI. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the next phase of the selection process.

Step 4: Interview Process

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview. The interview will be face-to-face.

Step 5: Final Selection

After the interview, the selection committee will evaluate all candidates and select the most suitable candidate for the position. The successful candidate will be contacted with a formal offer letter outlining the terms of employment.
